Peter and Jörg Mathé began with the planning of Alta Mira in 2000. The aim from the beginning was to create a development in harmony with nature, which at the same time would offer a good infrastructure and modern facilities.
In 2003 under the management of the Mathé cousins, development work and parceling of the 420,000 square meters got underway. In subdividing the property and providing the infrastructure, Jörg and Peter were careful to ensure an optimal layout. The individual parcels all have ideally situated terraces, on which houses can be constructed.
The owners ensure the availability of water, electricity and road access all year round.
The infrastructure has been completed in many sections of the large development tract and several properties have already been sold. Peter und Jörg Mathé’s vision is gradually becoming reality. You are cordially invited to become a part of this development.
