Alta Mira is on a ridge, covers approx. 42 hectares and has a magnificent panorama of the Pacific Ocean. From here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets amidst impressive natural surroundings.

The tract of land is subdivided into 33 lots; access roads, electricity and water are available. A large part of the farm has been naturalized and circumspect development of the individual plots is planned. Only villas and houses for private use are permitted.

We make a point of fostering a friendly and neighborly ambience at Alta Mira. In an effort to facilitate this we have, for example, created venues such as our natural "River Trail" or the Rancho.
